Abby serves as Vice President & Associated General Counsel for Fidelity Investments, where she has responsibility for representing Fidelity in connection with complex commercial litigation.  Prior to joining Fidelity, Abby was a partner in the Appellate Practice Group at Goodwin Procter LLP.  Abby earned her B.A. from Yale College and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.  She and her husband, Micah, reside in Newton with their three kids—twins, Jonah and Norah, and their younger brother, Nate—and their yellow lab, Baine.  Abby’s daughter, Norah, has been an avid Lovelane rider for nearly a decade.
