Spring 2024 Session Dates
- Sunday Riders: Lessons start 2/4, make-up dates are 6/16, 6/23, & 6/30.
- Monday Riders: Lessons start 2/5, make-up dates are 6/17 & 6/24 (one additional makeup can be scheduled at an alternate time).
- Lovelane is closed on 5/27 for Memorial Day.
- Tuesday Riders: Lessons start 2/6, make-up dates are 6/18 & 6/25 (one additional makeup can be scheduled at an alternate time).
- Wednesday Riders: Lessons start 2/7, make-up dates are 6/19 & 6/26 (one additional makeup can be scheduled at an alternate time).
- Thursday Riders: Lessons start 2/1, make-up dates are 6/13, 6/20, & 6/27
- Friday Riders: Lessons start 2/2, make-up dates are 6/14, 6/21, & 6/28.
- Saturday Riders: Lessons start 2/3, make-up dates are 6/15, 6/22, & 6/29.
- There will be no lessons on 5/18 for our Student Horse Show!
Fall 2024 Session Dates
- Sunday Riders: Lessons start 9/8, make-up dates are 1/19 & 1/26 (one additional makeup can be scheduled at an alternate time)
- Monday Riders: Lessons start 9/9, make-up dates are 1/20 & 1/27 (one additional makeup can be scheduled at an alternate time)
- Tuesday Riders: Lessons start 9/10, make-up dates are 1/21 & 1/28 (one additional makeup can be scheduled at an alternate time)
- Wednesday Riders: Lessons start 9/4, make-up dates are 1/15, 1/22, & 1/29
- Lovelane is closed on 12/25 and 1/1
- Thursday Riders: Lessons start 9/5, make-up dates are 1/16, 1/23, & 1/30
- Lovelane is closed on 11/28
- Friday Riders: Lessons start 9/6, make-up dates are 1/17, 1/24, & 1/31
- Lovelane is closed on 11/29
- Saturday Riders: Lessons start 9/7, make-up dates are 1/18, 1/25, & 2/1

Payments
Payment is due in full within 7 days of Lovelane confirming your student’s place in the program unless otherwise noted in your official confirmation.
*A $50 late fee will apply for payments received after the due date.
Program Calendar
Cancellations
There are 2 ways to notify us of your cancellation:
- For cancellations with LESS than 24-hour notice, CALL the cancellation line: 781-259-1177 ext. 1. If you are running late for some reason, call and leave a message on the cancel line.
- For cancellations with MORE than 48-hour notice, EMAIL: Cancel@lovelane.org
For Mounted Riding Lessons: If you need to cancel with LESS than 24 hours notice or do not attend your lesson without notifying us, the lesson will be forfeited. No make-ups or refunds will be available.
Unmounted Programs and Workshops: Any workshop or unmounted session you cancel is forfeited.

Helmets
It is required that all Lovelane students bring their own ASTM/SEI-certified riding helmets. Here are a few local tack stores that we recommend:
- The Complete Equestrian in Carlisle; please call/text Nancy at 978-225-0031 to set up an appointment for a fitting
- Smartpak on Route 9 in Natick
- Dover Saddlery on Route 16 in Wellesley
Ovation, Troxel, and Tipperary are three good brands for beginner helmets. A salesperson at any of these stores will be able to help you find a helmet that best fits your child.
