Believe…It’s not too late to support Lovelane with a donation to our Annual Appeal.

At Lovelane we believe in every child’s ability to be an athlete, to reach a goal and shine like a star. This year’s annual appeal tells the story of five riders and their families; each one an inspiration and illustration of Lovelane’s belief in abilities.

This year Lovelane celebrates its 20th anniversary. Every time we work with a special needs child on horseback, we feel the power and magic of what can happen when horse and rider connect. We have the opportunity to watch riders come to life, feel pride and gain independence while riding. We get to hear children say their first words while on horseback. We witness parents beam with pride at seeing their children defy the odds and excel beyond their greatest hopes.

With your support, Lovelane can continue to help children reach such milestones. At these difficult economic times, your donation is needed more than ever. All of our students have a chance to shine and show off their routines and drills at our annual horse show, and blue ribbons are awarded to all as hundreds of family and friends watch and applaud.

Our most recent student horse show was held on October 18, 2008.  Over 75 students took part in this year’s show. It was a crisp and chilly October day, but all stayed warm and toasty inside our heated arena.  The smiles on the faces of our riders and their families and friends shined as bright as ever, telling the true story of what Lovelane is all about.

We are so proud of all students and their accomplishments.  We are also so grateful for the hard work and dedication of our more than 100 volunteers many of whom gave extra time to help at the horse show. We continued to by inspired by you all.
